Welcome to EventFlow.
These Terms of Service explain the relationship between you and EventFlow when you use our website, Workspace, tools and services. They explain what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, what happens to content you provide, and what happens if something goes wrong.
By accessing or using EventFlow, creating an account, purchasing a service, submitting a project, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
Alongside these Terms, we have a Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal information.
Privacy Policy: https://www.eventflowafrica.com/privacy
Who provides EventFlow
EventFlow is operated by MasteryHQ Technologies, a company registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

When we say “you” or “your”, we mean the person, business, organisation, event organiser or other entity using EventFlow.
If you use EventFlow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You don't have to use everything.
You can choose a single service, combine several solutions, work with us monthly, or engage us for a complete event-growth project.
Our current service options include One-Time Services, Monthly Partnerships, Event Plans and Enterprise/custom engagements, smart tools for leads management.
The specific services we provide to you will depend on your order, proposal, plan, Statement of Work, invoice or other agreement.
How EventFlow works
We designed EventFlow around a simple process.
You tell us what you're trying to achieve.
We may recommend the services or combination of solutions that best match your goal, audience, timeline and requirements.
You can then place an order, purchase a service, start a partnership or request a clarity session.
Where applicable, you'll provide your event resources through your EventFlow Workspace.
We then work on the agreed Deliverables and provide progress, approvals and updates through the channels available for your Project.
Our Workspace may include features such as:
- Home
- Projects
- Teams
- Brand Vault
- Messages
- Downloads
- Billings
- Settings
The exact features available to you may change as we improve EventFlow.
What you can expect from us
We will make reasonable efforts to:
Provide the Services you purchase
We will provide the Services and Deliverables described in your applicable plan, proposal, order, invoice or agreement.
Keep you informed
Depending on your Project, we'll provide updates through the EventFlow Workspace, email, messaging platforms or other agreed communication channels.
Build and improve EventFlow
We're continuously developing EventFlow.
That means we may introduce new features, improve existing ones, change how features work, or discontinue features that no longer make sense.
Where a material change significantly affects a paid service, we'll take reasonable steps to notify affected users where appropriate.
Protect your information
We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable Nigerian data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.
Deliver work professionally
We will use reasonable care and skill in delivering the Services you have purchased.
What we expect from you
EventFlow works best when both sides do their part.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- provide the materials we need to perform the Services;
- provide feedback and approvals within reasonable timeframes;
- make payments when due;
- maintain access to accounts or systems you are responsible for;
- ensure that you have permission to provide materials to us;
- review important Deliverables before approval;
- use EventFlow lawfully; and
- treat our team and other users respectfully.
If we need information or approval from you to complete a Project and you don't provide it, your delivery timeline may change.
If you're using EventFlow for an organisation
If you are using EventFlow for a company, NGO, church, school, community, government organisation, business or other entity:
- You must have authority to engage us;
- The organisation is responsible for information and instructions supplied through the Account;
- Authorised members of your organisation may be given access to the Project; and
- Your organisation remains responsible for ensuring that its users follow these Terms.
You are also responsible for ensuring that information you provide about attendees, staff, customers, speakers or other individuals is collected and shared with us lawfully.
Your EventFlow Account
Using EventFlow features requires an Account.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login information secure;
- keeping your Account information accurate;
- limiting access to authorised people; and
- notifying us if you believe someone has accessed your Account without permission.
You should not:
- share your password unnecessarily;
- impersonate another person;
- create an Account using false information; or
- allow unauthorised people to use your Account.
If you use EventFlow on behalf of an organisation, your organisation may control access to the relevant Workspace.
Our Services Are Not All The Same
Different EventFlow Services may have different requirements.
For example:
A One-Time Service may provide a specific Deliverable.
A Monthly Partnership may provide ongoing creative, marketing or community support.
An Event Plan may combine several Services around a particular Event.
An Enterprise engagement may involve a custom scope, dedicated team, reporting requirements and specific contractual terms.
Your applicable proposal, order, invoice, Statement of Work or service agreement may contain additional terms.
If those terms conflict with these Terms, the project-specific terms will generally take precedence for that Project.
Prices and payments
Prices shown on our website may be starting prices.
The final price of a Project may depend on:
- scope;
- complexity;
- timeline;
- quantity;
- production requirements;
- third-party costs;
- customisation;
- urgency; and
- other Project requirements.
Our website currently identifies certain prices as “starting from”, which means the final price may differ from the displayed starting price.
Before you purchase a customised service, we may provide a quotation or proposal showing the applicable price.
You agree to pay the applicable fees according to the payment terms provided to you.
What happens when you pay
Payment may confirm your intention to proceed with a Service or Project.
Depending on the Service, we may require:
- full payment;
- milestone payments;
- monthly payment; or
- another agreed payment arrangement.
We may not begin certain Services until the required payment has been received.
If payment becomes overdue, we may pause work until the account is brought up to date.
Monthly Partnerships
Some EventFlow Services are offered as monthly partnerships.
These may include ongoing:
- creative support;
- marketing;
- advertising;
- community management; or
- related services.
The exact Services included depend on the selected plan.
Monthly partnerships are billed according to the applicable plan or agreement.
If a monthly partnership is cancelled, the cancellation and billing terms applicable to that partnership will apply.
Where the website says a monthly plan can be cancelled at any time, cancellation will be subject to any notice or billing conditions communicated when you start the partnership.
Deliverables
A Deliverable is something we agree to produce or provide as part of your Project.
This may include:
- a graphic design;
- video;
- website;
- landing page;
- marketing campaign;
- social-media content;
- strategy;
- automation; or
- another agreed output.
The number of Deliverables, formats, revisions and delivery dates may depend on your selected Service.
Revisions and approvals
Where revisions are included in your Service, we'll provide the agreed number of revision rounds.
A revision generally means modifying an existing Deliverable based on the agreed brief.
A completely new direction may be considered a new Deliverable.
For example, changing the text or layout of an approved design may be a revision.
Asking us to create an entirely different concept after approval may be additional work.
We may charge additional fees for work outside the agreed scope.
You are responsible for checking important information in Deliverables before approving them, including:
- names;
- dates;
- prices;
- addresses;
- phone numbers;
- URLs;
- speaker information; and
- other factual information.
Project timelines
We may provide estimated delivery timelines for Services.
For example, our current Event Plans have estimated timelines ranging from approximately 2–4 weeks to 8–12 weeks depending on the plan.
These timelines can depend on:
- how quickly you provide information;
- how quickly you approve work;
- project complexity;
- third-party services;
- advertising platforms;
- printing and production;
- technical requirements; and
- changes to the Project.
If you delay the Project, the original delivery timeline may no longer apply.
Your content
You may upload, submit, store, send or share content through EventFlow.
This may include:
- logos;
- photographs;
- videos;
- copy;
- documents;
- speaker information;
- event information;
- contracts;
- brand guidelines;
- attendee information;
- customer information;
- passwords or access information;
- designs; and
- other materials.
You retain ownership of the intellectual-property rights you have in your content.
We don't become the owner of your content simply because you upload it to EventFlow.
Permission to use your content
We need permission to use your content when necessary to provide the Services.
When you upload or provide content to EventFlow, you give us permission to:
- store it;
- access it;
- reproduce it;
- modify it where necessary;
- share it with authorised members of the Project team; and
- use it as necessary to provide the Services you requested.
This permission is limited to operating, delivering and improving the Services and does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to EventFlow.
You remain responsible for making sure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the content.
Content you provide to us
You must not provide content that:
- violates the law;
- infringes another person's intellectual-property rights;
- contains malware;
- contains information you are not authorised to share;
- is fraudulent or deliberately misleading;
- contains unlawful threats or harassment; or
- otherwise violates these Terms.
If you provide personal information belonging to another person, you must have the necessary lawful basis and authority to provide it.
EventFlow's content
EventFlow owns or has permission to use the intellectual property contained in:
- our website;
- Workspace;
- software;
- interface;
- templates;
- systems;
- processes;
- internal tools;
- written materials;
- proprietary technology;
- Flow Assistant;
- documentation; and
- other EventFlow materials.
You may use EventFlow's Services as permitted by these Terms.
Using EventFlow does not give you ownership of EventFlow's underlying technology, systems or brand.
Client Deliverables and intellectual property
Where you purchase a creative or technical Deliverable specifically created for you, your rights to that Deliverable will be determined by the applicable Project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- your pre-existing materials remain yours;
- EventFlow's pre-existing tools and systems remain ours;
- third-party materials remain subject to their licences; and
- ownership or usage rights in final Deliverables become effective only after applicable payment has been completed.
We cannot transfer intellectual-property rights that belong to third parties.
For example, stock images, fonts, music, software, plugins, templates or other licensed materials may be subject to separate terms.
Third-party services
Some EventFlow Services depend on services operated by other companies.
These may include:
- payment processors;
- social-media platforms;
- advertising platforms;
- email providers;
- WhatsApp;
- hosting providers;
- cloud infrastructure;
- AI tools;
- analytics tools;
- domain providers; and
- printing or logistics providers.
These companies may have their own terms and policies.
If a third-party service becomes unavailable, changes its rules, rejects content or changes its functionality, EventFlow may not be able to control the outcome.
Advertising and marketing results
EventFlow can help you build campaigns designed to generate awareness, registrations, attendance, engagement or sales.
However, marketing is influenced by many factors.
We do not guarantee a specific number of:
- registrations;
- ticket sales;
- attendees;
- leads;
- impressions;
- followers;
- views;
- sales;
- revenue; or
- other results
unless a specific result has been expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.
Our published case studies describe results from particular Projects. Those results are examples of past work and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
Advertising spend
Where we manage paid advertising:
Your advertising budget is separate from EventFlow's professional fees unless we expressly state otherwise.
You are responsible for approving:
- advertising budgets;
- campaign objectives;
- offers;
- pricing;
- claims;
- landing pages; and
- other information used in advertising.
Advertising platforms may reject advertisements or change their policies without notice.
Websites, registration and automation
EventFlow may build:
- websites;
- landing pages;
- registration pages;
- sales funnels;
- email sequences;
- WhatsApp flows;
- automation systems; and
- related technology.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that factual information supplied for these systems is accurate.
You should review and approve important content before publication.
Third-party services may impose additional costs or requirements.
Flow Assistant and AI
EventFlow may provide AI-powered features, including Flow Assistant.
These features may help with:
- planning;
- information retrieval;
- project assistance;
- reminders;
- communication;
- recommendations; and
- other EventFlow activities.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your particular circumstances.
You should review important information before relying on it.
Flow Assistant is designed to assist you. It does not replace professional legal, financial, technical, safety or other specialist advice.
Responsible use of AI
You must not use EventFlow's AI functionality to:
- facilitate unlawful activity;
- generate fraudulent material;
- impersonate people deceptively;
- infringe another person's rights;
- create malicious code;
- conduct scams or phishing;
- manipulate people through unlawful deception; or
- otherwise misuse the Service.
Where AI is used to produce a Deliverable, the final material should be reviewed before publication.
Respect others
You must respect:
- EventFlow staff;
- other Clients;
- event participants;
- collaborators;
- third-party service providers; and
- other people you interact with through EventFlow.
You must not use EventFlow to:
- threaten;
- harass;
- bully;
- defame;
- stalk;
- impersonate;
- defraud; or
- deliberately mislead another person.
Don't misuse EventFlow
You must not:
- introduce malware
- hack EventFlow
- bypass security measures
- attempt unauthorised access
- scrape protected information
- reverse engineer our proprietary systems
- interfere with Platform operation
- create fake Accounts
- use EventFlow for phishing
- abuse APIs or automated systems
- manipulate Project data
- use another person's Account without permission; or
- help another person do any of these things.
You must also respect applicable Nigerian laws and the rights of other people.
Keeping EventFlow secure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to: hello@eventflowafrica.com
Do not attempt to exploit the vulnerability or access information that you are not authorised to access.
We may temporarily restrict access to parts of EventFlow where necessary to protect users, systems or information.
Your feedback
We value feedback.
If you send us suggestions, ideas or recommendations about EventFlow, we may use that feedback to improve our Services without owing you compensation, unless we have separately agreed otherwise.
This does not give us ownership of intellectual property that you independently own.
EventFlow may change its Services
We are constantly improving EventFlow.
We may:
- add new features
- remove features
- change how features work
- introduce new Services
- change service limits
- update technology
- modify Workspace functionality; or
- discontinue Services.
Where a change materially affects a paid Service, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected Clients where appropriate.
When we may restrict or suspend access
We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to EventFlow if:
- you materially breach these Terms
- you repeatedly breach these Terms
- you fail to pay amounts due
- your use creates a security risk
- your conduct harms another person
- you use EventFlow fraudulently
- you attempt to compromise our systems
- we are required to do so by law; or
- continuing to provide the Service would create significant legal or operational risk.
Where reasonably possible, we will tell you why we're taking action and give you an opportunity to resolve the issue.
We may act immediately where advance notice could:
- cause harm;
- compromise security;
- interfere with an investigation;
- violate the law; or
- expose EventFlow or another person to significant risk.
Cancelling your Services
You can stop using EventFlow at any time.
However, stopping use does not automatically cancel payment obligations for Services already purchased or work already performed.
Cancellation of a Project or Service is governed by the applicable cancellation terms.
Depending on the circumstances, amounts already paid may cover:
- work already completed
- third-party expenses
- production costs
- advertising spend
- software or platform costs
- committed resources; or
- other costs incurred for your Project.
Any refund will be handled according to the applicable agreement and applicable Nigerian law.
If EventFlow has a problem
We aim to provide reliable Services, but technology and event projects do not always go perfectly.
Our Services may sometimes be:
- unavailable
- delayed
- interrupted
- affected by third-party failures
- affected by network or power problems
- affected by advertising-platform changes
- affected by printing or logistics issues; or
- affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues affecting Services we control.
Our warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, EventFlow provides its Platform and general technology features on an “as available” basis.
We do not promise that:
- the Platform will always be available
- every feature will always work
- third-party services will always be available
- AI output will always be accurate
- a campaign will achieve a particular result; or
- a Project will achieve a particular business outcome.
However, where EventFlow has expressly agreed to provide a particular Service, we will use reasonable care and skill in providing that Service.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that Nigerian law does not allow us to exclude.
Liability
We aim to make EventFlow useful and reliable, but there are limits to what we can reasonably be responsible for.
To the extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, EventFlow will not be responsible for losses resulting solely from:
- Client-provided inaccurate information
- Client delays
- Client-approved errors
- third-party platform failures
- advertising-platform decisions
- internet or telecommunications failures
- third-party service interruptions
- circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
- the Client's failure to follow reasonable instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, EventFlow will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities or goodwill arising from circumstances for which we are not directly responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Nigerian law, including liability arising from circumstances where such limitation would be unlawful.
Your responsibility for claims
If your unlawful use of EventFlow, your breach of these Terms, or materials you provide to us cause a third party to make a claim against EventFlow, you may be responsible for losses that EventFlow reasonably incurs as a result, to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.
This does not make you responsible for losses caused by EventFlow's own unlawful conduct.
Nigerian law and consumer rights
EventFlow operates in Nigeria and these Terms are intended to comply with applicable Nigerian law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be removed or restricted.
Where mandatory Nigerian law provides you with a right or remedy that conflicts with these Terms, that legal right or remedy will continue to apply.
Resolving disagreements
If you have a problem with EventFlow, please contact us first.
We'd rather solve a problem than turn it into a courtroom drama.
You can contact: hello@eventflow.africa
Please provide enough information for us to understand the issue and investigate it. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate complaints.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties may consider mediation or another appropriate dispute-resolution process before commencing court proceedings, where appropriate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights and any valid alternative dispute-resolution agreement, disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Nigeria.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
It covers matters such as:
- information we collect;
- why we collect it;
- how we use it;
- who we share it with;
- data retention;
- security;
- your data-protection rights; and
- how to contact us about privacy.
Privacy Policy: [INSERT LINK]
Our handling of personal data will be subject to applicable Nigerian data-protection law, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when:
- our Services change;
- we introduce new technology;
- our business changes;
- legal or regulatory requirements change;
- security requirements change; or
- we need to prevent abuse or harm.
If we make a material change that affects your rights or obligations, we'll provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
The latest version will always show the applicable Effective Date.
If you don't agree to an updated version of these Terms, you should stop using the affected Services.
If part of these Terms doesn't apply
If a court or other competent authority determines that a particular provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
The affected provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.
If we don't enforce a rule immediately
If we don't immediately enforce one of these Terms, that doesn't mean we've given up our right to enforce it later.
No rights for third parties
These Terms define the relationship between you and EventFlow.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not give another person or organisation the right to enforce these Terms.
Entire agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable:
- proposal;
- quotation;
- invoice;
- Service Agreement;
- Statement of Work;
- Project brief;
- Privacy Policy; and
- service-specific terms
form the agreement governing your use of EventFlow and the Services you purchase.
If a project-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific agreement will generally apply to that Project.
